New dining and retail options are FINALLY coming to the town of Queen Creek! With all the new commercial development going on at the corner of Ellsworth Loop and Rittenhouse Road, I thought I would pass along all the dining and retail options that the residents of Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and those in the south east portion of Gilbert can look forward to.
- Oregano’s will be opening in mid October in downtown Queen Creek at 20677 E. Maya Road.
- Village Inn began construction in late July
Queen Creek has broken ground on a new commercial project called the QC District. It is located at the south east corner of the Ellsworth Loop and Rittenhouse Road. The QC District will be built in two phases with the first phase full of many dining and retail options underway to open summer of 2016.
Phase 1 of the QC District will include:
Starbucks Sprouts Red Robin HomeGoods MOD Pizza Cafe Rio Pet Planet Original Chop Shop Co. Orange Theory Fitness Menchie’s
The 2nd phase of the QC District in Queen Creek will either be an entertainment district or a high density upscale multi-family residential-retail community. There is no date on the building of this second phase at this time.
Queen Creek Marketplace
New development is coming to the Queen Creek Marketplace also at Ellsworth Loop and Rittenhouse Road. T.J. Maxx will open in 2016 in the building that was vacated by Sports Chalet. Mountainside Fitness has also said that they will be coming to the area. For more dining options in Queen Creek, Barro’s Pizza and Buffalo Wild Wings will be coming to the Queen Creek Marketplace. Data Doctors will be opening in September of 2015. This company helps get slow, crashing computers restored and running like new.
