Jacob Gaston was born and raised in Homewood, Illinois, a south suburb of Chicago. After graduating from Eastern Illinois University Jacob moved cross country to seek out the warm sunshine of Arizona and follow his dreams. With an accomplished background in sales and small business ownership, Jacob found his passion and was able to use his professional experience to reach new heights in the world of real estate. As a real estate professional for over 15 years Jacob has been a part of some significant market changes in Arizona and uses this experience to better understand the intricacies of the local market and trends. Jacob attributes a lot of his impeccable work ethic and drive to his parents, who instilled accountability and responsibility at an early age.

It starts with building a professional relationship based on communication. Jacob is involved in every step, from the first day through close of escrow. With customer service always at the forefront, his role is essential in meeting the individual needs of each client as well as contributing to the team’s overall success.
What other passions do you have besides Real Estate?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am proud to hold a black belt in jiu-jitsu under my professor and friend Gustavo Dantas. Jiu-jitsu is definitely a big part of my life and along with my family and God, it helps me become a better husband, father and person.
Who do you admire and why?
I admire my wife and soul mate but I will say my grandparents. They are the most loving, genuine, fun and God-loving people I know.
What else are you involved in besides Real Estate?
My family always comes first and real estate is definitely an around the clock career but I have found time to serve on my communities HOA board and finance committee, volunteer and serve with my friends’ non-profit, Live Love and teach jiu-jitsu.
